• Processing takes 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday (not including UK public holidays).

• Expected delivery time: 3-5 business days, shipped Monday to Friday (Not including UK public holidays).

We provide Express and Economy delivery options, and the delivery times depend on the order’s destination:

For orders in the EU, delivery times are: Express delivery: 1-3 days Economy delivery: 3-5 days

For orders to countries outside of the EU: Express delivery: 3-5 days Economy delivery: 3-10 days

Order Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team info.opulenceonline@gmail.com immediately.

If the order was placed on a business day (Monday to Friday , except UK public holidays), the deadline for cancellation is 5.00 p.m. U.K. time on the same day. For orders placed on non-business days, the deadline is 5.00 p.m. U.K. time on the next business day. Orders cancelled before the deadlines quoted will receive a full refund using the original payment method.

 

Customs & Import Charges:

• Please note that some products sold on Opulence-Online may be shipped from outside the United Kingdom. In such cases, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees upon arrival in the United Kingdom. These charges are not included in the item price and are the responsibility of the customer. 
  
• Opulence-Online has no control over these charges which are imposed by HMRC
• Any charges due will be collected by the relevant logistics company (DHL, FedEx or UPS) and must be paid before delivery of the order to the customer
